We post out our parcels through known delivery companies and delivery charges will have to be paid on top of the products bought. Why not gift friends and family with some of our products. Exchanges & returnsÂ
If you are requesting a return then please add it into the survey that you can fill out. If your wanting an exchange, then depending on the situation as to whats happend with the parcel depends as to wether you will have to pay again.Â
Refunds:
If you are requesting a refund then please message us and we will be happy to help. Before being refunded the item or items must be returned in the origional packaging before we will refund your money.Â
